Britney Spears to perform secret London show

Britney Spears is hoping to distance herself from recent damaging reports in the press of her mental state with a short break to London.

The pop star, who has been attempting to revive her career in recent months, but instead seems to have further worsened her public image with a disastrous interview and photo-shoot with OK! magazine, her reportedly tearful breakdown while filming a new music video and a run in last week with the paparazzi which looks set to end in court action.
