Ms Anara, the movie which purportedly claims to depict the real life story of former Ms Jammu was released today throughout the country cinema halls except Jammu and Kashmir.

The film could not be released in AnaraÕs home state because of the strong protest lodged by Shiv Sena which has filed a Public Interest Litigation in the court demanding a countrywide stay on the release of the film. It is worthwhile to mention that a case was registered against former beauty queen on November 3, 2003 after a pornographic CD in which she was alleged to have featured came to light in October 2004.
