Lindsay Lohan to be charged with false imprisonment

Last week, Lindsay Lohan was busted for yet another DUI offense after she chased another car in an SUV that didnÕt belong to her, and now the victims of LohanÕs silly little games are considering pressing false imprisonment and stolen vehicle charges.

Malibu police got a call last Monday night, that a vehicle was being chased by another. Police then pulled Lindsay over in a white SUV. She was suspected of drinking and driving and was given a sobriety test, which she failed. Lindsay was also charged with possession of marijuana after police found some in the pocket of her pants. Lindsay Lohan claims she was wearing someone elseÕs pants, and the drugs didnÕt belong to her.
