Turns out that this scenario is just what happened to two former Kingwood high school classmates. Lara Madden, now 25, has been using the name of her former friend as her porn name (Syvette Wimberly) since 2004. The real Syvette Wimberly, also 25, recently discovered that "there was a woman appearing in multiple explicit pornographic videos" using her name and was here former high school friend Lara Madden. Wimberly has since filed a complaint in the Harris County District Court claiming that she has Òsuffered emotional distress and mental anguishÓ and is seeking monetary damages. In addition Wimberly wants to stop Vivid entertainment, the company producing the Adult films, from continuing to use her name.
